Another bookstore owner has labeled "Dancing on His Grave" too grim to include in her stock of books. Why does revealing the animal-like underbelly of human nature make "nice people" uncomfortable? Was it Thomas Jefferson who said, (paraphrased) "All it takes for tyranny to prevail is for good men to do nothing." Please, you "good men (and women)," rethink your position. Suck up your queasiness and get involved, for the sake our our innocents. Don't let tyranny, among the most vulnerable members of our society, prevail.
